Request Aid

Breathing Easier provides financial aid to families who are impacted by Cystic Fibrosis.  To request aid, please see the following criteron:

* Currently, aid requests are allowed to be requested for a maximum of:
$250
This amount changes based on the success of fundraisers and the generosity of donors.
* Aid can be request once every six months.
* A brief interview with Breathing Easier will be required before aid is approved
In the last six months, have you applied for financial aid through Breathing Easier?
Do you acknowledge that you will have a short interview as part of the aid process?
